Our puppies grow up with plenty of
room to run, play, and thrive in an
environment where they are encouraged to
learn and grow strong in mind and body.
Poodles love the water and the puppies and
older dogs especially love the lake where
they try out their swimming skills.
You will notice that we do not use the word
"kennel" as a part of our name. That is
because we are not a kennel. Single litters
are home raised as a part of our family. We
do not use crates, dog runs, or kennels to
house either our dogs or our puppies. Our
dogs and puppies grow up and live in an
environment where they have room to romp,
play and train. The result is a well
socialized, confident, outgoing puppy, free
from the fears that we see manifested in
dogs that grow up in a kennel environment.
Watch our puppies
grow and play.
Our puppies are structurally sound with good
to excellent confirmation. We genetically
test our breeder dogs to ensure that genetic
defects prevalent in the poodle breed are
not passed on in our puppies.
One unique benefit of purchasing a
Classically Suited Poodle is that your puppy
begins obedience training at 6 weeks and the
training continues up to the time the puppy
is sold to a pet or show home. As a
subsidiary of Service Dogs International, in
addition to raising puppies to be sold to
select pet and show homes, we generally keep
a special few who will continue their
training to become working service dogs.
Sales of the puppies helps support the
mission of Service Dogs International.
Watch as the
puppies are trained in basic obedience.
We invite you to visit the
Service Dog Puppy-in-Training section of
this website where we explain in detail how
a service dog puppy is chosen and how we
train the puppies to become working dogs.
At Classically Suited Poodles we are proud
of our reputation of breeding poodles of
quality. We are always happy to discuss any
aspect of purchasing and raising a poodle --
or just share information about this breed
we love so much with you! Please do not
hestitate to contact
us with any questions or comments you
may have.

We are constantly asked about why
our poodle, Alexis, is so well behaved
when we go out. She is a fabulous
companion. Her temperment is calm and
loving and her attitude is "Here I Am."
|
|
|
| She is an important part of
our family. Thank you for Alexis. Also, thank you for
all of the support you have given us through the puppy
stage. She is our first dog, and we don't know what we
would have done without you. Jennifer & Tom Hennigan,
Ionia, MI

Just a note to let you know that
George just received his Master Hunter
designation. As you know, George was to
be MY dog. As you know for months my
husband joked about MY Foo-foo dog, but
George was so well trained and such a
good . |

| dog that he took him out
hunting with him. George excelled at hunting and my
husband, of course, doesn't remember thinking Geoge was
a Foo-foo dog.my husband now has numerous friends who
want one of those Foo-foo dogs from your next litter. (I
love it.) George is a joy as a pet and as a companion.
Thank you so much!

Thank you, thank you, thank you
for Beau. He is the best dog ever.
He went through all of those
terribly hard times with me after my
husband's death.. I don't know what
I would do without him. I am so
thankful for him.
